We wish to reassure and inform you as to the measures we are taking as a dental practice to ensure the continued good health of our patients.
We are continuing to monitor this situation closely and receive guidance from the Government and Medical Health authorities, but we have also reinforced our own extensive hygiene measures. See our new patient guidelines.
Our team are applying disinfectant spray and continually wiping down all handrails, door handles, furniture and equipment in the main reception areas. Our hygiene standards in surgery have required no change, as these were always above and beyond what is expected of a dental practice.
Our team are rigorous in their daily practices and there are checks in place to ensure all staff adhere to our strict guidelines.
We understand that many elderly patients may feel the risk of attending an appointment is too great at this present time. We will of course be happy to cancel and re-arrange these appointments for a future date.
